–        تم إحداث الشركة وفق المرسوم التشريعي رقم2191 تاريخ5/12/1982 كشركة عامة وكجزء من المؤسسة العامة للصناعات النسيجية.

–        تنتج الشركة أقمشة ذات جودة وأناقة مميزة في مصنعها منذ عام 1982 وهي مشهورة باستخدامها لأجود الغزول القطنية في سوريا (غزولها المستخدمة من إنتاج شركة الساحل للغزل والشركة العامة للخيوط القطنية باللاذقية)

–        إن هذا التميز الذي تتمتع به ناتج التشاركية بين مهارات عمالها (مصممين، نساجين) مع خط الآلات والمواد المستخدمة في الإنتاج.
